I became a client of Craig's, as I wanted to become a dog trainer. I had done various training courses and had shadowed some local dog trainers to learn as much as I could. But becoming a dog trainer became a bit of a pipe dream after my daughter was born. At this time I was also deeply unhappy in my job, and with little expectation I started working with Craig at one of his local monthly seminars. Craig suggested early on that I start a dog walking business, and that would naturally lead to dog training clients and get me out of my miserable job. We started with a business plan, and the market research showed that it would be a lucrative venture for me and my family. Once we sorted branding, website and core business values, I had the courage to leave my job and never look back!
